Where do I Even Start?!
Before contacting us, start thinking about what your priorities are for your property. Generally, your average person's priorities (or what we recommend them to be) are as follows:
Why Xeriscape?
Well, it’s somewhat obvious. As we all know, SoCal is in drought conditions regularly. Water prices go up, watering restrictions go into place, your fragile grass and plants die off and you’re left with a dirt patch. Drought is the real, physical, observable, new normal! Here are some ways to save water, maintenance, time and money:
Designing your Landscape
We take a different approach to design than most companies. In general, we don’t actually submit drawn or computerized designs to clients. This might seem odd, but our Consultants and Production Team are so knowledgeable, that simply discussing and measuring the layout with them usually suffices beyond any piece of paper.
Costs and Attributes of Different Materials
Most of the time, when you Google, “How much does it cost to landscape my yard?”, there’s all sorts of wild, outdated and inaccurate information all over the web. A lot of the time, it’ll be some blog from ten years ago, where some landscape architect in Georgia gives some info about “what you should expect to pay.” In almost every single case, this pricing info is going to be arbitrary and farfetched, and it doesn’t take into account all sorts of pricing aspects involved with a professional company that are going to give an above-and-beyond product.
Pavers, Pavers, Pavers…
We HIGHLY recommend interlocking pavers for all sorts of different projects with patios, pathways and driveways involved. Why? There are many reasons:
Privacy Options
What options are there to create more privacy, security or barriers on your property? Well, most of the time you have two primary options:
Fencing
Hedges
Get it Done Right the First Time
Have you ever paid for the cheaper option and been let down by it? I’m sure you can think of several instances where this has happened to you or others. It might be pretty generic to say that you pay for what you get, but that’s just the case in landscaping like it is in most other industries.
Why is Art Important?
Freedom of expression is a human right, and it's a right that we all need to ABUSE as much as possible.
Fairness in Collaboration
We love to help good people whenever and however we can. We aren’t fans of working with people who don't have others' best interests at heart. We want to work WITH people. We want to do our best to listen and learn, and we want them to do the same. Without this kind of back and forth, there is no real relationship; and in our opinion, no project is worth being on poor or even subpar terms with anyone!
